W7WT
while, i was unable to attend. I did read many of the comments made from those that did. Thanks to the COWWS and all the others including the weather for making us proud to be a Washington Geocacher. Quote Link to comment
AndrewRJ
I heard many comments all day to the effect of "The event seemed well run and obviously well planned." Quote Link to comment
bittsen
It was a good event. The planners did have to pull a lot together. I really liked the addition of the hay trucks. Quote Link to comment

hydnsek
Congrats to COWWS for an excellent GeoWoodstock! Well done, indeed! I thought this was incredibly well executed from beginning to end. The Luau was great, with the best registration setup I've ever seen, and loved the GW venue. Remlinger Farms was a great choice; this GW was more spacious and had better food service, activities, and vendor layout than last year. Loved the special props and other activities. Kudos!! I'd also like to thank all the WSGA members who helped make our supporting efforts such a success, including the Going APE crew, cache maintenance team, cache recommendations team, WSGA booth workers, and hosts of ancillary events before and after GeoWoodstock. COWWS asked for our help a year ago, and I'm glad we could deliver. In case you missed it, the Seattle Times gave GeoWoodstock great coverage. They ran a GeoWoodstock article on July 1 that featured Princess Trouble. And today, the Going APE event is on the Seattle Times home page, with a nice video collage of folks visiting the cache and voice-over commentary by several cachers, including our own TotemLake! +TotemLake
I felt like a verbal klutz with the microphone in my face. I'm not sure about the interest in my hands behind my back was. Edited July 6, 2010 by TotemLake Quote Link to comment
Ambrosia
I wasn't really sure what to expect, this was my first time attending mega events. But it was a beautiful location, and well done. It was easy to meet people and I saw tons of people I knew. I had a great time. Quote Link to comment
