how do find my guid?

just getting started as well with a few friends. would like to use the facebook app to update my finds. it asks me for my GUID number. how do i find this?

 

the search string for the forums is 5 characters so GUID doesnt work right

 

edit: im asking for the full GUID not the forums user ID number

no, that's the regular user ID, not the GUID

 

go to http://www.geocaching.com/my/ and click on your stat bar. it will take you to htt p://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and there's your GUID.
