if i go to N33 33.333 W112 12.122 and place my cursor in middle of target it shows N33 33 19.93 W112 12 07.19

Yes, that's the difference between "Degrees, Decimal Minutes" and "Degrees, Minutes, Seconds."

 

Go to Tools >> Options.. and change "Show Lat/Long" to "Degrees, Decimal Minutes" to match what is used here on geocaching.com.

A Pocket Query *is* a GPX file.

 

GPX files can be dropped into GE to open them.
