Um, I forgot what I did.

Last year, I started an account for my son - Deezo, but I have no idea what I made his password is. To make it worse, I don't remember what email I used to register him.

 

We haven't cached in a long time, almost a year, so when we went out yesterday, I was excited to update his finds...

 

only to find I forgot what I had done...

 

Is my only recourse to start a new account for him? He's only 6.

Hopefully, the admins can help you out. If not, maybe make an account for BOTH of you (that's what I chose to do). With small kids, they may not be able to update or log in as easily. Think of a name that's easy to remember (my username is using part of my two girls' names, Kayla and Ashley). Use an email that isn't carrier spacific (use a gmail or yahoo, etc) in case you change providers. Lastly, write the info down where you KNOW you'll remember it. Sorry this got a little "wordy" but I hope it helps you or someone else!

You would need to have the email address. Groundspeak will not send account information to anyone other than the validated email address.

You could try sending a message "Send Message" from your account to your sons account... See if you get an email, and what email account it comes from...

Got it.

Thankfully the sign in doesn't kick you out after a few tries. I just kept trying different passwords until I got it.
