It says it has been recovered. Does that mean it is not there any more? Quote Link to comment
TillaMurphs
Hi Luckless, “Recovered” simply means that it was found at the location where it was supposed to be (it does not mean that it was removed or taken away). In this instance, L DICKERSON ASSOC found the NA1325 benchmark in 1964 and it was in good condition. So… all we know about this benchmark is that the last recorded information says that it was still OK and still in place in 1964. Edited February 27, 2010 by TillaMurphs Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
More than once I have had to stop in mid-sentence when asked what I'm doing/looking for. 'I'm just trying to recove.....ERRR, AH, I'm LOOKING to see if a survey marker is still around here somewhere. Just checking to see if it's still in place.' Quote Link to comment
