+geoduck.5
Has anyone used one yet? Pro's? Con's? I'm looking for a set up for a group of non techies that need to occasionally go out and walk a boundary line and take pictures. Are they easy to use? Camera quality? I was originally going to set them up with an HP 211 with a CF GPS loaded with ArcPad and also a Sony Cybershot GPS camera but that might be too technical for them. Having one piece of equipment is more desireable than carrying 2 in the field. Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment

It's not the T model, but we have 2 Oregon 550s with cameras and they are really easy to use, and give a decent picture as long as you keep your finger away from the camera lens. AMHIK Here's an example of a geotagged pic taken with my Oregon. This is the full picture taken by the Oregon - it's not a great camera, but it's pretty good. Quote Link to comment
+C@H
550 seems to take nice pictures. http://www.google.com.au/search?q=site%3Ah...rmin+Oregon+550 Quote Link to comment

I thought it was hilarious how my EXIF software tells m that the altitude is 199.00000203866514 m A P&S will take better photos, but from your sample, it looks pretty decent and certainly more than good enough for web.
