+Bangers&Mash Posted January 3, 2010 Share Posted January 3, 2010 I've been geocaching for nearly 2 years. When I first signed up, I did not realize that the name you choose is stuck forever? And that people have fantastic crazy geocache usernames. Can I change my handle and how? I'd like to go to Bangers&Mash because we've used that in races before and celebrates the British in us! I thought this question existed but did not know how to search for it in these forums? I looked at the website help but not in FAQ? There was also not a search in the forum for items like "username" which likely would have gotten me to this as well... Link to comment

+NOV8TR Posted January 9, 2010 Share Posted January 9, 2010 (edited) Ok, so I got my user name successfully change with Groundspeak, but all of my old posts in these forums still show my old user name. Is there some additional steps I need to take to have that fixed? Even this post shows my old user name (1XL-on-XR650L) when you click on my profile it shows my new user name (NOV8TR). What to do?
