I had just introduced my 4 nieces/nephews to caching that week, and they all wanted it. I looked up the folks who left it and stalked their caches in an effort to find another one, but without luck. Most inappropriate: Drawings of certain parts of the anatomy in the log book, signed by "Peter Johnson". Yes, I tore the pages out. Unused condom (was left in one of my own caches). It wasn't until I checked my cache bag a few days later that I found out what was inside the ball - a used head from an electric toothbrush, still crusted up with old toothpaste.
