difference between "Updated in the last 7 days" and "Found in the last 7 days"

I've been fiddling around on a way to save some PQs, and the "Updated in the last 7 days" option seemed to be the perfect way to do so. Can someone explain the difference between "Updated in the last 7 days" and "Found in the last 7 days"?

I was under the impression that the "Updated" option would return everything that has been published, enabled and changed coordinates.

It seems the "Updated in the last 7 days" option also contains all the caches that were found in the last 7 days... As there is also an option called "Found in the last 7 days", would it be possible that "Updated in the last 7 days" covers everything it already covers, except "Found" activities? If one wants the "Found" option, they can always check it on in the options list.

At the moment, it looks like you can have only chips, but if you want the fish, you need to have fish and chips.

Thanks!

"updated" will return a cache if there is ANY change to it, that includes the CO changing info on the cache itself OR any type of log, be it a note, find, dnf, or anything.

So if you want everything, you only need to run the "updated", there is no need to run the "found in last 7 days" query if your already running the other.
