It's gotta be said that Garmins customer service is absolutely brilliant..

 

Last week, I called technical support to query a problem I had with my Colorado 300. It refused to write to the any memory card that I put in it. After about 10 mins on the fone, I was asked if I minded sending it back for "repair"... I sent the bare C300 to garmin on Wednesday afternoon, expecting a lengthy turn round time..

Yesterday a brand new boxed with all accessories C300 arrived, complete with unlock codes for the Topo maps I had registered with the duff C300!

 

Total time from fone call to replacement was 4 1/2 days, including a weekend!

 

If the Garmin bods read this, CHEERS from a very happy punter! ;)
