JamesAdkins Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Why is it taking so long for my new hide to be reviewed? Quote
+StarBrand Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 The service goal is within 72 hours - sometimes a bit more - often less. But the reviewers are all volunteers and life sometimes gets in the way. Have patience grasshopper.......... Quote
Motorcycle_Mama Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Also, take a look at this from the Knowledgebase. http://support.Groundspeak.com/Support/ind...&nav=0,5,33 Quote
BlueRajah Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 There are times when we are gone for a day or two. I think the 72 hours lets us be gone for a weekend trip and still get back to it. If we have questions we also may contact a few other reviewers to ask them their opinion. If you are wondering shoot your reviewer an email if its longer then 72 hours (3 days). I set one difficult one aside once for a bunch of easy ones, asked opinions, and had forgotten to get back to it. Quote

+The Blorenges Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 How do I find out who the local reviewer is for a cache? Look at one of the recently published caches in the area. Scroll back through the logs to the first day of publication: You should see the Published icon there (a nice turquoise green circle) with the Reviewer's name next to it. MrsB Quote
+Jeep4two Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Have you double checked to be sure your new listing is marked as active? (see post #3) Quote
