+coolblaze
I just upgraded to a Garmin Legend hcx from an original legend. I have mapsource metroguide eurpoe and usa for the legend but this is now quite old and does not autoroute so I was thinking of buying City Navigator UK and Ireland but it says that it supports "major cities " in Northern Ireland which is a concern as the metroguide i have is missing loads of roads. I have a car Airis Satnav with Route 66 using Navteq maps and it is brlliant so I was wondering if anyone can tell me the actual map data versions used in the current Navigator UK/Ireland or is there any way I can download them to view on the pc (NOT TO UPLOAD TO GPS) as I dont want to waste money. +Red90
The Garmin maps are from Navtech, so should be the same. Quote Link to comment

+Red90
It depends which Metroguide Europe. The newest one should be exactly the same as City Navigator and they can be made routable easily. Quote Link to comment
