If you buy a geocoin (can anyone buy just one???) you can activate it your self (or not) and either keep it or set it loose traveling. If you're lucky enough to find an unactivated geocoin you may either activate it & set it traveling or keep it for your self activated or not. CF30 Quote Link to comment

However the ones I (and you too for that matter) collect are ones I've bought and paid for 'coz the ones that are travelling from cache to cache like a TB belong to other people and I'd be stealing them if I put those in my collection.
