solaris67
Hello, I build a cartridge with only a message in a task that will appear by "click on task" but on my Nuvi 550 this will not work. Garmin tells me that I use the wrong builder (Wherigo builder: 2.0.5129.5086) Does sombody have some more problems with nüvi 550? Johannes Quote Link to comment

Johannes If you search this forum, you'll see that it's not just the Nuvi. Other Garmin's have the same issue. Quote Link to comment
+JPatton
I don't think any Nuvi's are capable of running a Wherigo cartridge. Quote Link to comment
+FunLovingGeocacher
I purchased a Nuvi 760 today - I'd never thought I'd go paperless! Shame that I can't add the Wherigo to my find list after such an investment - only three icons to go for the full set. Quote Link to comment

There is a possibility to download a cartridge from the Wherigo website specially for the nuvi 500. I've downloaded 3 cartridges to my Nuvi 500 which has the player pre-installed. Haven't had a chance to actually play with a cartridge in the field, though. I tested it with the "Tutorial" and seemed to work fine. . Quote Link to comment
+FunLovingGeocacher
By cartridge, does mean a SD card that is used in cameras and sat navs for extra maps? Quote Link to comment
+CondorTrax
No. a "cartridge" is the term given to a Wherigo downloadable content. It's the file that's placed in your Wherigo enabled GPSr to "play" the cache. Go to http://www.Wherigo.com/ to get more info on Wherigo and how it's played Quote Link to comment
