+dark_onyx1982 Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 These look like the novelty plates you can use on the front of your car. Check the picture on their profile. I know some states require you to have state licensed/registered plates on the front and back of your car. Like here in Florida, you only have to have the state plate on the back of you car, and you can put nothing, or anything at all, on the front of your car. I hope this clears up some of the confusion.
