Go to the poi-factory.com site and do a search. I posted the url for a website that I ran across that deals with Nuvi tips and tricks. I didn't save it because I don't have a Nuvi.

Adding tracklogging, is a big need.

 

I don't know why tracklogging is not allowed on the Nuvi's.

 

I wished that it was a feature that could be turned on, even if it came out of the box, turned off. There needs to be a way to backtrack if your a little bit lost.

You can have 500 or 1,000 waypoints in the Nuvi not sure on that one but just tap the vehicle icon once you start bushwacking when you start out and every 15 mins or so and the nuvi will number the points easy track back goto the waypoints in reverse order. Always carry a compass and be aware of your bearing to return just in case. Some nuvis if you press and hold I think it is the speedometer? on the trip computer screen will start an actual track log, doesn't work on my 250W.
