how do i find those ones or tell which ones they are?

lol they deleted the right one and left this one lol so i fixed it lol

are there any caches or how would one go about finding any that require driving off pavement, maybe even negotiating some trails via 4x4, dirtbike etc...?

Try the WebUpdater and see if there is any new software for the units. gotta get a data cable first

i changed the datum and even with WAAS disabled side by side with my Nuvi the coordnates were barely different

i havent tried it without the waas enabled... what i read was there was something that when they did somethin to the WAAS algorithim it confuses the 72/76 series gps... it was set for rome 1940 as well.... i picked it up used so not sure... he was in cali

I googled it and apparantley the gps 72 and 76 from garmin are pretty off accuracy wise and like to crash because of something with WAAS and the only thing i can find is basically disable WAAS and garmin said they were workin on a fix for it from about 4 months ago or so but i cant find any updates or work arounds I have a 72 GPS anyone else know anything... I was using it for caching today and it was almost 50-100 yds sometimes off when it said it was an accuracy of 15 ft in 3d tracking,.

My garmin 72 didnt come yesterday so i decided to try my luck with my nuvi 200... I punched in the coordinates and off I went (didnt find the cache) but didnt enjoy the fact i couldnt monitor my coordinates any way to do so or any tips for using it? Also anyone here use a Garmin 72 for caching? Any input on it as mine arrived today....
