Anyone wanna help on a puzzle?

We've got several different groups in my area trying to solve this, but none of us can seem to wade through the trivial aspects to figure out the puzzle. Obviously it's possible the trivia IS the solution to the puzzle, but personally, I have no idea.

 

If anyone wants to help out with this, you can write to me directly. Not too sure how the owner would feel about having this on the forum itself. I will of course share ideas via email.

Not sure if this will help, but a friend put out an cache based on the Enigma as well. Theres links for a onoine and downloadable machine to use.
