cache submission

The reviewer's note from yesterday was asking you to keep your cache in draft form until you're finished working on it. How is the reviewer supposed to know which caches are ready and which ones are not? We assume that if it's in the queue, it is ready to be published. In obvious cases like yours, some reviewers will leave a note to let the owner know how the process works. It's inefficient for the reviewer to check back periodically to see if your page "looks right."

I see that your pending cache is *still* not ready to submit for review. Could you either disable it or finish the work? And, maybe the safest thing to do would be to send Dot Plotter an e-mail when your cache is ready to be reviewed.
