+aminalguy Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 I'm trying to create a route to upload for caching along the route, but we're taking non-interstate (when there are interstate options) for the first 2 days. Is there some way that I can specify the route without having to save 5-6 different routes? I thought I figured it out in Google Earth, but I can't merge the routes together. Can anyone help?????? +StarBrand Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 Do you have the Trip and Waypoint Manager from Garmin? It was free with a lot of thier units. It allows you to create a freeform route and then save the file. I then use GPSBabel to turn that into a GPX 1.1 file for caches along a route. Great for getting the exact route you were looking for. Similar to do this with Microsoft Streets and Trips.
