knowschad
While I'm thrilled to see Groundspeak working hard at improving the site, and I totally understand that this isn't exactly a "mission-critical" website, can't users at least be notified of upcoming changes instead of having to discover them on their own? In my world of IT, my manager supreme has a motto of "NO surprises!". Better still would be a beta-site and a forum to post thoughts on proposed changes before promoting them into production. +treasure_hunter
I have no problem being a Beta-tester. (As long as it doesn't interfere with caching itself.) I think it's a good thing to test new things to see if "us" cachers like them. Link to comment
+alexrudd
Yes, PLEASE! As fun as new features are it's annoying to have features pop in and out all the time. Changes should not be made unannounced on a live web server. Link to comment
+eagsc7
Yeah... I'll be a Beta Tester too... I'd really like to Beta Test the Archived Caches PQ, and Shortened e-mail Notifications. The Steaks Link to comment
