Dying to get started! Help ;-)

I have just received my GPS today and I am trying to program a waypoint, I learned to just input Lat and Long but the GPS I have has only Location and 14R NQ 83308 MGRS 13554 and I don't know how to change it so I can input Lat and Long. I am confused if someone can help please do. I have a Garmin rino 110 thanks.

Look around for some kind of preferences option (the manual will probably help there).

 

You want to make sure you have the following set for best results in geocaching:

north reference to be (magnetic);

coordinate system of (lat/long deg/min.mmm)

map datum of (wg384)
