+Airhead-kb
I search caches near my 'home' location and from my 'work' location. I always have to manually enter the location for work as a 'new' search. It would be nice to be able to save both then I could do my searching a bit more easier without having to re-enter the same set of coordinates each time. Maybe a set of search from a 'favorite place' option? And be able to enter coordinates from areas you search from often that are not 'home'. Link to comment
+Miragee
I created several different searches and Bookmarked the pages in my browser. I put those Bookmarks in their own Folder under the Category, "Geocaching." That should work for you until you become a Premium Member and can create Pocket Queries. Link to comment
+StarBrand
Also you could use the hide-n-seek page to fill out coordinates and then when you bring up the reults - save the page as a favorite (bookmark it) so you can get back easily. You could have a nearly unlimited number of locations that way. Link to comment
+Markwell
Jeremy has mentioned that since the Waymarking.com site has multiple locations saved, it will be something that will eventually migrate to GC.com. In the meantime, bookmark the results from each. Link to comment
+DNStephens
I too would like multiple locations, A & B, or House and Cottage, or Home and Work, whatever. I am a Premium Member and still look for that home page convenience link. Link to comment

And not only do I agree with the OP request I'd also like to be able to sort my profile page to put my preferred links in a section I'd like them to be. e.g. My top five profile links all in one area. No this is not far-fetched, many sites provide this feature. Link to comment
