+Flintlock98
Can anybody tell me how to download waypoints from my PDA (Palm Tungsten E2) to my Garmin GPS 60C? I use GSAK and Cachemate. Quote Link to comment
+gps_junky
I have heard that there is a cable that you can use to conect the two, but very rare or very expessive. Don't even know if that is true or not..... Quote Link to comment
+admo1972
The most "normal" way would be to transfer waypoints from the Palm to your PC, then from the PC to the GPS. Quote Link to comment

+NightPilot
PC-Mobile did sell a bluetooth adapter, but have discontinued it in the last week or so. Basically, you're SOL with an E or E2, because it has no serial port, only bluetooth. You can use any bluetooth GPS, but not a cabled model. I might be wrong about the E2, but I don't think so. I know the E has no serial port, and I'm fairly certain it's the same for the E2. Quote Link to comment

As you said, I don't think a cable talking to the mini-USB of the later color Garmins is possible. As an aside, and of no use to your 60C, but of possible interest for owners of a Palm E2 / T|X / some Treo phones here is a cable for a E2 / T|X to a serial-enabled GPSr ... (blue Legend and back).... http://www.serialio.com/products/cables/PalmMulti_RS232.php Edited April 27, 2007 by Maingray Quote Link to comment
