I just finished creating a homepage and I got it on my profile page but I don't know how to create a hyper link on my signature for the forums.

 

I see people with

 

Trade lists, Seeking lists, etc. that when you click on the link, it opens to a new web page.

 

Can someone tell me how to add that? Thanks in advance.
