+Want2bemore Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 I am thinking about starting to collect geocoins (not the ones that I find in geocaches...just the ones that I buy or eventually trade). I was thinking about keeping them in plastic sheets in binders, but I didn't know where to buy the plastic sheets, what size to get, or even if there is a better method. I would love to hear how others keep their geocoins. Thanks. Quote
+Trucker Lee Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 Check out your local Hobby Lobby or Michael's for the binders and plastic inserts. Quote
+Want2bemore Posted January 22, 2007 Author Posted January 22, 2007 Also, is there a particular way on how do you (personally) decide which geocoins you want and which ones you don't? Quote
thespongefactor Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 The cachebug site has an interesting article that might prove useful. Quote
+Droo Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 (edited) There are different style binder sheets to keep and view your coins. Some are better than others. The best I've found are available on the CHQualitycoins website. I love the stiffness of these sheets as they don't squish the coins out and you don't have to be careful how you flip the pages to prevent the top row from sliding out. Won't fit coins larger than 65mm across. Geocoin Protector Pages Edited January 22, 2007 by Droo Quote

+Lemon Fresh Dog Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 You know....someone should paint a bunch of Ammo Cans with a coin on the sides and sell them as "Geocoin Transport Units" Quote
