ComputerSnack Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 I've noticed that recently any place that there is a box to enter in a waypoint name GCXXX, it shows "GCXXXX" in the box, then when you click on it it just keeps the GC part there for you to enter the rest. This is okay, but for some reason on all the computers I have used so far, when I click on it, the cursor moves to BEFORE the "GC" part meaning I have to clear the box and retype anyway. Is this just me or is this a bug? Thanks, ComputerSnack (Kevin)
FamilyDNA Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 I believe, until recently, when you clicked the whole thing (GCXXXX) cleared. keeping the GC was in response to a request. Just click a second time to get the cursor in the right place.
Lil Devil Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 Works fine in Firefox, but as I've come to expect, it doesn't work as desired in IE. Thanks for implementing this, Jeremy, et al. !
ComputerSnack Posted November 30, 2006 Author Posted November 30, 2006 I guess I like the idea of the GC being there, but it should work correctly in Internet Explorer.
alexrudd Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 Get IE to comply with international web standards, then.
