can someone enlighten me on how to put in a latitude/longitude in the google search bar to show me a location on a map. I know I have done this before, but sure can't get it to work now. It is just like putting in an address in the search bar. Any help wil be greatly appreciated

Just cut paste any cache's coordinates into Google Maps. That format will work fine! Edited by TrailGators

You can also add a comma between the lat and long. Additionally, if you want to name the waypoint you can put the name in parenthesis after the coord. Like this:

 

N 36° 55.262, W 086° 26.490 (Ceratina)

the format that works for me is like so...

 

37 37.123, -122 01.123

 

no degree sign, minus sign before the westerly longitude, comma seperating the coordinates. works for google earth too.

I assume that would save the location in your google account?
