I would like to design a new coin for my club(DryCreekGeocachers.com) and maybe for myself but i do not know alot about what program to use. Please help. Quote Link to comment

As others suggest, one of the best ways to start is to draw it by hand. You can fax your design to the company doing the coin and they should be able to turn it into coin ready artwork.
