Got a GPSMAP60CSx - had a Quest.Love the 60CSx, except that down loading routs from mapsource is broken (doesn't send Directions) I don't think I know anyone into geocaching - maybe meet some local to me? - except Ashaaria (here) who gave me a real ticking off on another forum for not thinking through an idea about... I'm curious as to whether geocaching can be combined with motorbiking somehow - like a daisy chain covering several hundred miles... so here I am to see if it's been done etc. what fun! You might want to consider the Premium Membership which allows you to get the .gpx files which contain more information than the .loc files. With Premium Membership, you can create Pocket Queries. You can find out all about pocket queries. There is helpful software available. I use GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife) on my PC and Cachemate on an older Palm M500 PDA. The sigs take BB code . . .
