+dragon0987
Me and my family like to ride our atv's and like to go geocaching, I was wondering if there is any caches that are accesable with atv's so we can combine both. We live in illinois and go to wisconsin and missouri sometimes but would like to get a list of any in the us to maybe plan a vaction around it Quote Link to comment
+Renegade Knight
Yes. ATV's can go on most off road trails intended for vehicle use. Just look for caches where you would normally ride your ATV. You can get with ATV clubs for areas you would like to visit and see the areas open for riding. Then look for caches there. Quote Link to comment
+dragon0987
here in northern illinois we don't have any trail systems for atv's like most other states we have to ride on private land or atv parks, illinois takes a % of our sales tax from atv's and puts it a fund for trails the only public trails are for horses and bikes, they will give money to atv parks but there you have to pay to get in, so that is why i was wondering about caches with atv's Quote Link to comment
+Vinny & Sue Team
Well, I guess that ATVs are an interesting topic to raise here (I guess...), but to my best knowledge, there are few, if any, Asian Transvestites out here in the Baltimore-DC megaloplolis, and even if there were, the odds that any of them would be into geocaching seem to be very minimal. However, I am sure that you had a good reason for bringing up this topic. You may wish to try Craiglist if you are looking for ATVs. Quote Link to comment
+hukilaulau
It seems like ATV's are considered standard equipment in Arizona. Look around Wickenburg. There are lots of caches rated 2 or less for terrain that start out "You need a quad or ATV for this cache." Quote Link to comment

There is a newer cache in Polk Co WI (a multi even) on what is known as the Sterling ATV Trail Polk County has 3 ATV trails, but i haven't done searchs in the other areas to see about nearby caches. Here is a list of Wisonsin ATV trails listed by County The area up near Danbury WI is all ATV trails, so there should be at least a few you could do with riding. +Mudfrog
This one can be hiked to but it's much more fun to find on an ATV. Oh, it is down here in pineywoods of southeast Texas! Siecke State Forest Park Quote Link to comment
+Ramblin Ramsey's
We have done quite a few on the ATV here in New Mexico, it's great fun. Quote Link to comment
