Help With Placing A Cache

So hubby has been caching for years and I've just been tagging along until now. I've managed to get my own GPS, my own geocaching account, and now my first cache - which I need a little help with. I was given the great cache in which the camouflage container is 5 ft tall by 3 ft wide and free standing, but the cache itself is only 2 inch diameter tube, 5 inches long - just big enough for a pencil and a paper log. Since I have 3 yr old and a 9 yr old, I would like to put a swag container right next to this cache - sort of like a decoy cache - buy require finding the log book and signing it to claim the cache. This will be a drive-up to cache my small little town that I'll check weekly. My questions are

1 - is this OK?

2 - would this than be a multi or still be a single cache with multiple containers?

3 - would the cache size be micro for the tube container or traditional for the camouflage it's in?

Thanks for your help!
