To do a comparison between your 60c and a 60cx or even a 60cs, go here: Garmin comparison The big difference is the removeable memory in the cx. I have a 76cs and my husband has a 60cs...We took a trip recently, and loaded street maps and topo maps all along the route from Indiana to South Carolina, and had plenty of room for more maps.
