I get all the other e-mail from the wen site just not the queries.. Are you getting them sent zipped? Unzipped a single PQ attachment might be 3megs. Does your current email allow you to get file attachments? How big? How much storage do you have? If you haven't deleted email off the server in awhile, the PQ might exceed your storage limits while still have room for dozens of normal emails. Does your ISP allow zip attachments if you are getting them sent zipped? Some do not. Link to comment
