Not quite sure, I came across the battery info on gpscentral.ca while looking at the explorist 600 there was a link for an independant review. Chris Quote Link to comment

lnc_20west
I purchased the Battery from Princess Auto today for $4.98. It fit like a charm and works great. Could not find a charger. lnc Quote Link to comment
arthurking83
I'm always weary of Ebay, but I generally use it for "finding" stuff like those chargers..... the only good thing about ebay?....if you can't find it there...it probably doesn't exist! (jest!) they are good for product searches.....and I only buy once I feel confident that I won't get "Ebayed" .......after 3 months! I still can't commit to buy a $1500 camera lense..... +The_Fab_Four
I bought one today. I think it is the right one is it a 3.6V Lithium ION Battery and thinner than the original? And will it work in the explorist 400? Thanks Quote Link to comment

Thanks If it's the thinner battery, you may need to put a piece of foam into the battery compartment to make sure it doesn't move around so that the contacts...stay in contact. See this topic for more info about battery model number and capacity. Quote Link to comment
