3 Weeks And Still No Travel Bugs

Has anyone else had to wait this long to recieve their travel bugs or merchandise from the Groundspeak store? I emailed them and haven't recieved a reply yet. So I guess it's a waiting game.

We ordered a 4 pack of TB tags along with a few other items about 3 1/2 weeks ago and received them 2 weeks ago. They sent an email right away letting me know the order had been received and sent along a shipping tracking #. I'd contact them if I were you! Good luck!

Yep, Groundspeak is S-L-O-W! My 8-pack to two weeks, but I'm on the opposite coast. It took one week for them to process it and get it shipped. All in all, not too bad, I guess, but they could buy a lot of goodwill by speeding up the ordering/shipping process.

If I'm not mistaken, and I very well could be, the Groundspeak "staff" is small with a few volunteers. The fulfillment of orders takes time and processing. So with a small organization and few hands for help, it can take a bit of time to receive an order.

 

Once I waited more than a month, and other times I've had them with in a week. I order so many of them, so often, sometimes I don't even remember that I have a package of them coming, and I'm pleasantly surprised when they show up.

I placed an order on the 19th April...I was concerned, so I sent an e-mail...I received 2 replys, and a noticed that it was being shipped from Washinton state on the 26th...It seems "PayPay" is slow, but has cheaper shipping Good Luck
