For anyone interested, the unit is no longer for sale. And for Yorkshire, for your information it is almost $200 under the retail price. I never said it was $200 under any price you can find it for on the internet or refurbished. $135 is all I was asking. I wasn't trying to rip anyone off. I had my Palm connected to my serial port and it transfered data smoothly. But my problem is that my girlfriend wants to use my old GPS for geocaching. So I hooked it up and tried to load caches into the GPS(Garmin GPSMAP 76) and it says the port won't open. I had this problem before and have no idea how to make the com port work for both the palm and GPS. Before I got the palm it would load cache waypoints without a problem but after the palm was used, no such luck. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks!!

I have a very very slightly used Garmin GPSMap 76 for sale. Waterproof and perfect for the entry level cacher with a few other hobbies. The 76 is perfect for any outdoorsman that needs an all purpose unit that isn't top of the line. I have other software that I can load into it to help you on your way to more caches. I have the original box, pc cable and manual. I am asking $135 shipped which is almost $200 under retail for those who don't know the original price. Any question please ask!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a very slightly used GPSMap 76 for sale alot cheaper than that if you might be interested. I got a new GPS so I don't really need the 76. Let me know if you might be interested. Also I also have the latest topo software and the latest recreation lakes software so I can load it with as much data as you want or as much as the GPS can store.

Just wondering how many cache pages can be stored on a palm Vx PDA or any palm with 8mb of memory? I want to go paperless but was wondering about how many caches can be stored. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just recieved the email that my bugs are in the mail. They threw in a few stickers for my trouble. Better than nothing I guess.

Personally I hope something like that happens. Not Wal- Mart but a sporting goods store. Somewhere Geocachers frequent. I purchase 4 TB's a month ago and haven't recieved the email that they have even shipped yet. I would love to see them in the GPS section of a sporting goods store. I see no reason to pay up front for something I have to wait a month or more to recieve. I ordered these in march as easter presents for my kids.

Has anyone else had to wait this long to recieve their travel bugs or merchandise from the Groundspeak store? I emailed them and haven't recieved a reply yet. So I guess it's a waiting game.

If any one has an older version of the metroguide software and are willing to sell it. I am interested.
