+BilboB Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 I am going to find the Mission 9: Tunnel of Light Project APE cache outside of Seattle, WA in a few weeks. There are a few trailhead waymarks listed on the page and I would like to find out if there is a map associated with them, and where the trailhead actually are. They are listed with a "Trailhead" icon and an "available" icon. The coordinates are posted. They are listed by Mountainbike. If I do a search for him nothing comes up. If I do a search of a 100 mile radius from Seattle, nothing comes up. What am I doing wrong?
+The Leprechauns Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 Those are not wayMARKS but wayPOINTS. The trailhead information you're seeing is added to a cache page through a relatively new feature called "Additional Waypoints." It has nothing to do with the Waymarking category for hiking trails. Premium members can receive a GPX file that has the additional waypoint information contained in it.
+robert Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 You might also want to try putting the coords into Google Maps to see where they are if you're not sure.
