If you want to change his mind, offer to give him any extra Magellan parts that he won't have to buy - serial cables, covers, etc... If he can drop another 150 bucks or so, the Map60CSX is even better - with optional memory cards, faster processor, and a more sensitive chip to lock in signals. Quote Link to comment

Both of these units have suffered lots of abuse and they still work perfectly. By contrast, here is a log, and another log by someone who has a Magellan. Quote Link to comment
