SlytherinAlex
Can anyone help me out by putting a 1.75" 3.5mm thick geocoin on a postage scale and tell me how much it weighs in its plastic pocket? I'm trying to calculate shipping costs but until I acutually have a coin in hand I'm stabbing in the dark somewhat. Thanks Alex. Link to comment

+Eric K
Can you ask the manufacturer what the weight of the coin is? Link to comment
SlytherinAlex
Can you ask the manufacturer what the weight of the coin is? I tried that. He says 100 coins weigh "around" 5kg. Not exact enough for me. The postage charges increase in Holland at 50g (1.76oz), so I need to know if they will go over or under that. - Link to comment

I'd be happy to, but I'm not sure I have a coin that size. I think the GCC SA coin is 1.75" but has cut outs. I'll weight it if you want. Link to comment
+team simpson
I think that you'll have to calculate costs for 50 gram per coin. are they going to be send from the netherlands? or to the neterherlands? Team Simpson lives in the netherlands Link to comment
+SeabeckTribe
The Rhode Island coin, in a plastic pouch, was 1.1 oz. But don't forget to consider the weight of the (padded) envelope also. Lummieh Link to comment
