I would like to get notified when a cache is about to be posted or when it is poste, not a week later. I submitted this but just get the weekly notice. Am I doing somthing wrong?

Why don't you sign up for the Insta-Notify feature? In lieu of that, create a PQ using this option:

You can bookmark that page and Preview it frequently to see if any new ones have popped up.

The "insta-notify" feature is really the way to go. Even with PQ's, unless you remember to keep checking it throughout the day, it's going to take longer to get the info. (Assuming you check you're e-mail frequently throughout the day).

but that only lets you watch one type of cache. Cant watch several types that I like. Reg, multi, micro,puzle.

Is there a way to watch all of these at once?

You're allowed multiple insta-notify lists. I can't remember the exact number, but create a list for each of the types you'd like to watch.
