+libertylady
I like this category. Can it be subdivided by state or region to make it more useful? I am not too clear on the subcategory part of Waymarking. Link to comment

+Team Neos
I like this category. Can it be subdivided by state or region to make it more useful? I am not too clear on the subcategory part of Waymarking. My impression is that the location filters would be useful for finding waymarks in certain areas (by home location for nearest to where you live, and by zip code for finding ones while you travel). Sub categories would be useful to find more specific kinds of things (for instance restaturants would be a main category and western theme, BBQ, and Chinese would be subcategories). Am I misunderstanding? PS--I like the ghost town category idea! Link to comment
+halffast
There are alot of ghost towns around my area but you woulnt know it because alot of people still live there.Im not sure why they are called ghost towns.Would these still fit your catagory. Link to comment
+Clan Delaney
I like this idea. A suggestion: perhaps broaden the category to Ghost Locations, or something of the like. For example, I have an abandoned amusement park near me. It's not a ghost town, but it's certainly a ghost park. I'm still not clear on how many sub categories a category can have, so forgive me if I'm not up to speed yet. It seems though that a Ghost Locations (or some suitable better term than "Locations") category could divide into ghost parks, towns, old businesses, etc. Link to comment
