+hogrod
saw this new gps coming out on garmins site today. both new rinos are could be compared to the 60c or 60cs. the rino 520 is basicly a 60c with a 12mile radio built in. the rino 530 is the 60cs with 12 mile radio built in. it also says it has NOAA weather radio, but I didn't see this listed on the 520..... guess ther eis a better gps than the 60cs! also note it looks like garmin is also going with a Rechargeable internal lithium-ion battery. any thought about these new models? rino 520 rino 530 Edited August 12, 2005 by hogrod Quote Link to comment
+Langner91
Some other thoughts in this thread. I noticed that they weigh more, do not have external antenna jacks, and have smaller screens than the 60's. I just hopes it drives the street price of the 60CS down a little. Quote Link to comment
+hogrod
noticed that the price for the rino 530 was same as 60cs on tiger gps.... why would anyone buy a unit with less features for same price? Quote Link to comment
