Getting Things On The Cache Page

I have two puzzle ideas that I want to incorporate into our cache descriptions. One is simply a text document but I want to keep the formatting. The other is a crossword puzzle with extra text added. I love both these ideas and have worked the puzzles out. Now I just have to figure out how to get them there. Can anyone help me? The crossword is currently a PDF file. The extras to that haven't been added. And the other one will just be a word document but I needto keep the formatting. Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

On our puzzle cache, I just used IrfanView to capture an image of the document (or in this case, the portion of the document) I wanted to use and then posted that picture to the cache page.

The PDF can be uploaded to a website which allows you to upload files and share them, much like a photo site or just a hosted domain you have in your name. Put a link to it in your cache description.

 

You can do the same with your word document.

 

The link to your document files would be very similar to a link used to display an image here in these forums.

I put my puzzle up with a graphic and html tables for the text.
