Big Black Bunny
If as promised, Simply Paul’s video diary, is shown this weekend. Will there be a surge of new cachers (especially as the schools are off next week). Is this the first time UK geocaching has had prime time national TV coverage? If 100,000 landowners type their postcodes into the main page, will the system take it. (get your logs in early this weekend folks). Has there been a massive uptake of “extreme gardening” after last weeks video diary? What’s your guess? I say an initial 30% increase, dropping back to 10% sustained after 6 weeks. nobby.nobbs
lets just hope that not too many landowners type in their post codes to find too many unauthorised caches! be ready to grovel if you're guilty. Quote Link to comment

+*bingoboy*
<link> I think the producer of country file has got into GC - cause the first feature has two cache locations in it " Epping Forest, a large open space on the north-eastern fringes of London, is a great place to go dog-walking or horse-riding. People are also drawn there to see the ancient oak, beech and hornbeam woodland. There are two Iron Age forts among the trees. Charlotte joins local historian Richard Morris on a visit to the atmospheric Loughton Camp (Boudicca's Stone). Meanwhile, John takes a look at Queen Elizabeth's Hunting Lodge (Lizzies Hunting Shack) and goes out on patrol with the Forest Keepers. " Quote Link to comment
+Chris n Maria
I wonder when they filmed it. I cant see them getting any TV gear up to loughton camp at the moment as it is very soggy indeed. Setting the video now Quote Link to comment
+McDeHack
I think the producer of country file has got into GC - cause the first feature has two cache locations in it I think you will find that there are more than just two caches hidden in the parts of the forest. But As I said.. Shhhhh! Moms the word, zip the lip. Quote Link to comment
