Another "newbie" question....

A cache owner can archieve their cache in two different ways. The first option is to achieve and still let it be shown on the cache search pages. If it is achieved this way it will show up on the search page under caches no longer available. You can still view them. The second option is to archieve and not make the cache available for viewing. So it depends on how the owner achieved it as to if it is available for viewing.

and there are a few caches listed there that aren't on the Geocache.com list.


 

BrownMule left out one very important piece of information - you have to be logged on on order to view archived caches.
