I read logs where folks had smileys and frownies and little mad guys in their cache logs, and I had no idea how they did it. Finally I figured it out. When you make your log, just above the little window where you type your experience, you'll see a little smiley that looks like this: Click on it. It will bring up a key for all the emoticons.
