+richardreynolds
I just got my first GPS unit (Garmin Legend), downloaded some caches at the location that we are camping this weekend but I have a problem. Is there a way to get the extra info that is given in the description to my unit and see it? If not, I don't mind printing something off but is there an easier way to get it other than going to each page and printing it? Thanks for your help in advance! Rich Quote Link to comment

+Kealia
The info won't go into your GPSr but you can download all the cache information as HTML pages into a PDA if you have one. Basically what you will get is the same cache page with the last 5 finds/notes, etc., the hint, the cache type, etc. It will avoid you having to print out individual cache pages or taking notes. Try searching for PLUCKER and GPXSpinner software (either in these forums or online). The combination works amazingly well. New England n00b, go read my last post on the other thread. It should shed some light on that topic. Quote Link to comment
+quakemap
When preparing for the trip, you can use Pocket Queries in GPX format and load the file in QuakeMap (note the yellow pop-up - appears when you hover mouse over a cache): http://www.quakemap.com/pages/screenshots/GeocachesDetail.jpg And there is plenty of software for PDA - check out this forum : http://ubbx.Groundspeak.com/6/ubb.x?a=frm&s=5726007311&f=7116058331 http://www.quakemap.com - redefining Easy...
