ride_bent
I went in just fine following your link. I am using Internet Explorer 6. The best things in life are not things... Quote Link to comment
+ClayJar
There's an easier URL, by the way: http://gcchat.clayjar.com/ As to Netscape... Honestly, I haven't tried it. If anyone wants to pass along information about it, I'll see if I can take a look. (After all, Mozilla's getting ever so close.) Quote Link to comment
+welch
i found out from clayjar that if its an older NS it will have problems, and or something about how java is installed. for more info you would have to see him, or someone that knows more.... sorry Quote Link to comment
+ClayJar
FYI: Someone was using Netscape 4.7x on Windows 95 and successfully using the Java chat, and I tried it out using Mozilla 1.0 Release Candidate 1 with the latest Java from Sun. So, Netscape works, and if you have any problems, I can try to help. Quote Link to comment
xyzabc
I'm running Mandrake Linux on my machine now, but I don't have Java instaled (yet). Do I need it to run the chat? http://205.251.182.49/gaga My caching page "Make it idiot proof, and someone will make a better idiot" Quote Link to comment

+MrGigabyte
We don't need no stinkin' applets! You can always use a full featured IRC client like I do and avoid all the problems associated with java applets running on different OS's. Unfortunately, I can only last about 29 minutes per session. Can anyone spare 10 bucks? :-) Quote Link to comment
