For others who may read this thread: You have upload the image in the My Cache page at geocaching.com. under Edit Profile. Once you upload the image you have to select it by clicking on the avatar and then click the button on the right side of the screen that says Current Avatar. Then you have to log out of Groundspeak forums and click Register" and log in for the change to take effect. I think this covers it. Quote Link to comment

+robert Posted June 14, 2004 Share Posted June 14, 2004 Any changes you make to your avatar, signature, etc., need to be "started" by going back to the main geocaching.com page, clicking on "DISCUSS GEOCACHING" and entering the forums that way. You'll notice when you do this there is a note that says your changes have been made (even if you didn't make any this is just a basic form). Entering the forums through a shortcut or favorite will not take your new changes into effect. Hope that helps. Quote Link to comment
